OYSTER POINT PARK

Public BBQ

The park is a serene and relaxing haven, offering a variety of activities for everyone. It boasts a large, well-maintained toilet/changing room, a playground, and exercise equipment for both children and adults. Notably, the park provides a unique opportunity to observe estuarine organisms in the mudflat/mangrove area. There's also a picnic area with a grill, making it ideal for family outings. The park is a popular spot for shell collecting, fishing, and bird watching. Its tranquil setting offers beautiful bay views, further enhanced by its resident wildlife, including koalas and an array of bird species. Despite the occasional littering issue and the need for more covered sitting areas, the park remains a clean, quiet, and beautiful place to escape the bustle of everyday life.
